Full Service Planning and Design

Starting at $3,000 | Up to 18 months prior to your event


  • Unlimited email communication

  • Venue scouting and up to 2 site visits

  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Budget planning

  • Planning checklist with to-do's outlined throughout the process

  • Wedding website and RSVP tracking

  • Design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and floor plan

  • Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape decor

  • Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging

  • Creation of custom seating chart

  • Final venue walkthrough

  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors

Please note, all day-of event management includes set up and breakdown of wedding decor, oversight of vendors during event, dispersal of final tips if necessary, and ensuring you have a beautiful and stress-free wedding!

  • Full service: We handle everything— budget, vendors, design, and execution.

    Partial: You book the big vendors, we refine your design and manage details.

    Month-of: We step in 6 weeks before, finalize plans, and run the event.

  • Yes! I’m not afraid to admit it! Reed Weddings and Events is new, which means you’ll get hands-on, highly personalized attention and introductory pricing as we grow.

  • Yes! We will collect a 10% non-refundable deposit from you upon booking, then split the remaining balance into 2-3 installments leading up to your wedding day.

  • Absolutely! We’ll incorporate your DIY projects, thrifted decor, or heirloom pieces seamlessly into your wedding set up.

  • Yes! Travel fees will apply for events more than 90 miles from Eureka (Zip code 95501).
